Very nice clean building and panoramic rooms. All in all its reasonably clean place, they have very big beds. The stuff is delicate, as well as host. It has terrace bar, serving relaxing drinks.
Really bad views from the window.

Breakfast was delightful, staff were very cordial, location was handy. I liked double room I booked, it was impeccable. The view of the river was pleasant. They made my stay best. Restaurant in hotel was perfect and the pool area was good.

property is peaceful and immaculately clean, breakfast is above average. it has a fab location just next door to bus station and the harbour and hepworth museum. .

I had a special time, the staff was excellent. The bed was large and it was great having air conditioning, WiFi and coffee machine.

Good value, everything exceeded all expectations. In a quiet position with a breathtaking sea view. Very clean unit. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre.

We recommend. Booked king room, that included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a dining area. The hotel was in the central setting.

Reasonable base for exploring St Ives. Lots of GORGEOUS food in the restaurant.
